UNILEVER UNVEILS PLANS TO RELOCATE ITS UK OFFICE HQ INTO KINGSTON

Unilever has announced its plans to combine and relocate 5 offices around the South East into one location in Kingston town centre.

The proposed site will replace Surrey House, Lever House, a former nightclub and a NCP car park. The scheme envisages two interconnecting blocks, 150 homes, retail space and a 360 space car park. A planning application from developers, Cube Estates Ltd., is expected later this year.

This exciting proposal will be a major boost for the local economy if it proceeds with the enhanced activity in and around the town that this project could potentially generate.
